• ३ मध्यम आकारची कारली


• अर्धी वाटी हरबरा दाळ पीठ भाजून


• अर्धी वाटी बारीक खोबरे


• अर्धी वाटी दाण्याचे कुट


• अर्धी वाटी बारीक चिरलेला कांदा


• एक मोठा चमचा लिंबाचा रस


• गुळाचा खडा


• लसून जीरे कुटून एक मोठा चमचा


• धने पुड, जीरे पुड


• दोन मोठे चमचे गरम मसाला


• चवीनुसार ति़खट, मीठ


• हिंग, कोथिंबीर, कडिपत्ता, तेल

मार्गदर्शन

कारलाचे १-११/२ इंच लांबीचे तुकडे करावे आणि मधला गर काढून ४ काप द्यावे.हरबरा दाळ पीठ भाजलेले, खोबरे, दाण्याचे कुट, कांदा, लिंबाचा रस, गुळ, लसून जीरे पेस्ट, धने पुड, जीरे पुड, गरम मसाला, ति़खट, मीठ, कोथिंबीर मिसळून घेणे. हे मिश्रण कारल्यात भरणे आणि जिरे, मोहोरी, हिंग, कडिपत्याची फोडणी करून त्यात कारली टाकणे आणि झाकण ठेवून शिजवून घेणे. अधून मधून कारली खालीवर करणे.

टीपा

नॉनस्टिक भांड्यात केल्यास भाजी जळत नाही. असाच मसाला वापरून वांगी पण छान लागतात.
