[Marathi मराठी] भरलेली पापलेट

साहित्यः

२ मध्यम आकाराची पापलेट,१/२ नारळाचा चव,३ हिरव्या मिरच्या,पाव चमचा हळद,१० लसूण पाकळ्या,थोडेसे आले,थोडासा पुदिना१ टेबलस्पून चिरलेली कोथिंबीर,१/२ लिंबाचा रस,१/२ वाटी तांद्ळाचे पीठ,तेल.

कृती:

पापलेट भरण्यासाठी संबंध ठेवावी.पोटाकडुन ऊभी चीर देउन साफ करावी व धूउन घ्यावी.वरूनही आड्व्या चिर्‍या द्याव्यात..नारळाचा चव ,मिरच्या ,आलं,लसुण्,ह्ळ्द, कोथिंबीर्,पुदिना ,लिंबुरस,व मीठ यांची पेस्ट करुन पापलेट मधे भरावी.हल्क्या हाताने पापलेट तांदुळ्याच्या पिठीत घोळ्वून फ्राय पॅन मध्ये तळुन घ्यावे.
