तप्त मन, शीत ठरवी दिनकरा

लपवी अनंत विचारांचा भोवरा

अफ़ाट, अनावर, अपार, आकाशी

ओलेत्या मनात थरथर जराशी

वीतभर घरात नात्यांचा गराडा

गावभर आवारात भासे कोंडवाडा

जुन्या वाटांची सराईत चाचपणी

दारातून डोकावतेय लाल ओढणी

मी लिहून काढलंय माझंच चरित्र

त्याला दिशा कसली, ना कसले सूत्र
